Tech Hawk
Focuses on technical analysis - BTC price relative to EMA 200, RSI across timeframes, hash ribbon indicators, and miner stress index. Tech Hawk provides the structural context: is BTC in a technically healthy position to support a move?
Liquidity Guardian

Risk Shield

How the Council Deliberates
Every 5 minutes, here's what happens:

ACCUMULATE - Cautiously bullish, scale in gradually
HOLD - Neutral, wait for confirmation
REDUCE - Cautiously bearish, reduce exposure
SELL - Moderate bearish consensus
STRONG SELL - High-conviction bearish, emergency exit
