- Council-only entries — built, but switched off: the evidence so far does not show that the council's confidence predicts the price

- Council review (20 Oct 2026) — does the AI council earn its cost? Keep it, change it or cut it, decided by rules set in advance
- Trend-following test — slow daily trend rules in practice (including one that sizes positions by volatility), plus the plain rule with $50 of real money, measured against simply holding Bitcoin until around December
- Rebuilding the council's missing inputs — institutional flows and stablecoin minting
- Short trades in practice mode — switched on and watching the market; no short trade has happened yet
