The cross-asset **MACRO_CORRELATIONS** specialist runs as a seat on every council (DXY-primary on EUR/USD, INVERTED-VIX on Gold, standard direction on all five crypto councils) and is the only agent that can force a verdict override when VIX prints EXTREME (>35 sustained 30m). The override fires even when Claude is offline -- post-LLM enforcement in Python.

A universal **Trade Warden** agent oversees every closed trade across all 7 councils as a read-only auditor. Across all 7 councils AIOKA fields 62 agent instances in total: domain specialists, 7 Chief Judges (one per council), and the universal Trade Warden. Other key specialists include DARK_POOL, SENTIMENT_MONK, and TECH_HAWK.

## How council deliberation works

1. All 80+ signals are ingested and updated in real time.
2. Each specialist agent analyzes signals relevant to their domain and votes independently with a confidence score.
3. The Chief Judge of that council receives every specialist verdict and synthesizes the final ruling.
4. Trade Warden audits every closed trade post-mortem (read-only).
5. Every individual vote, the Chief Judge synthesis, and the audit trail are exposed via the public API.

## Ghost Trader

Ghost Trader is AIOKA's autonomous trading agent. Bitcoin trades live with real capital on Kraken since April 12 2026. The other six markets run in paper mode and must accumulate 10 validated trades before any live capital is deployed.
